We work with healthcare professionals who want to create integrated and collaborative health and wellness centers because they know it takes a team and multiple modalities to address the complex needs of patients. We believe a healthy community is diverse and seek to work with those moving toward a more equitable and just world for everyone.

Our vision is simple. We want to create a world where patients are never left alone to navigate the disjointed system bouncing from one isolated specialist to the next. We are changing what it means to be a wellness center by creating the frameworks and systems needed to truly collaborate and find the best possible solutions for every client.

Kendall Hagensen, LMHC, BC-DMT
FOUNDER
Kendall is a Somatic Mental Health Therapist, Multidisciplinary Clinic Owner and Business Coach. She specializes in, and is passionate about, working with healthcare professionals to create the businesses of their dreams. Big goals always have a psychological component beneath the surface, so Kendall uses her background in Somatic Psychotherapy and EMDR Therapy mixed with Business Coaching tools to help clients develop a healthy relationship with their business and their strength as a leader. As someone who lives with a chronic illness herself, Kendall feels that health happens best within community, which is why she takes a holistic, integrative, and collaborative wellness approach to her personal and professional life.
Anna Rudel, L.Ac
Wellness Center Creator's Coach Anna Rudel, L. Ac is the owner and founder of Lokahi Acupuncture Clinic in San Jose California, founded in 2003. Anna is a master organizer and clinician, and as a Coach she specializes in working with Clinic Owners in the state of California, and Acupuncturists and Acupuncture Clinic Owners, or groups wanting to add Acupuncture worldwide, as well as teams that need support with employee retention and satisfaction. Born in the UK, Anna has traveled extensively in Asia and now has a thriving multi-practitioner clinic in the US!
Shawniel Chamanlal, LICSW
Shawniel invites you to unapologetically dream big. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a foundation in mental health to her approach as a Wellness Center Creator's Coach. In addition, Shawniel is an Empowerment Speaker, Life Coach, and the Founder of a thriving Wellness Center - a community of culturally diverse wellness practitioners and therapists providing trauma-informed and culturally competent care, Healing Springs Wellness Center.
Her Transformational Coaching style provides practical steps to achieve and attract abundance personally and professionally Through the use of Manifesting techniques and the Law of Attraction, Shawniel not only manifested the life of her dreams, she manifested a successful thriving business. She is on a mission to help others to do the same by unapologetically dreaming big in life and business.
Kirsten Werner, RMT
Kirsten Werner brings over two decades of experience in health and wellness to her role as a Wellness Center Creatorā€™s Coach. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Canada with over 15 years of hands-on practice, Kirsten has worked in clinics, luxury resorts, and successfully ran a thriving home-based studio with a dedicated team for over a decade. Having navigated the challenges of entrepreneurshipā€”including business burnout, system engineering, and clinic managementā€”she is passionate about empowering health and wellness practitioners. Kirsten specializes in helping clinic owners and professionals streamline their workflows, develop effective marketing strategies, and build sustainable, thriving practices. Her tailored coaching approach combines resilience, creativity, and a deep understanding of the wellness industry, ensuring her clients achieve balance and success without overwhelm.
