We work with healthcare professionals who want to create integrated and collaborative health and wellness centers because they know it takes a team and multiple modalities to address the complex needs of patients. We believe a healthy community is diverse and seek to work with those moving toward a more equitable and just world for everyone.

OUR FOCUS

We love to help healing professionals create the collaborative, integrated wellness practices they always wished they had in their community. By having a coach at your side who’s been there, you will take what’s always just been an idea and turn it into a thriving business you can feel confident leading well into the future.

OUR FOUNDING VISION

Our vision is simple. We want to create a world where patients are never left alone to navigate the disjointed system bouncing from one isolated specialist to the next. We are changing what it means to be a wellness center by creating the frameworks and systems needed to truly collaborate and find the best possible solutions for every client.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Whether you attend one of our workshops, join a coaching group, or work with your coach one-on-one, you will experience the support and accountability you’ll need at every inspired step along the way.

Each interaction with your coach brings you closer to your exciting dream of helping patients find the care they truly need in the way you truly believe in. With your coach, the scary and overwhelming becomes not just possible, but something you’re ready to take on!

Our Coaches

Kendall Hagensen, LMHC, BC-DMT

FOUNDER

Kendall is a Somatic Mental Health Therapist, Multidisciplinary Clinic Owner and Business Coach. She specializes in, and is passionate about, working with healthcare professionals to create the businesses of their dreams. Big goals always have a psychological component beneath the surface, so Kendall uses her background in Somatic Psychotherapy and EMDR Therapy mixed with Business Coaching tools to help clients develop a healthy relationship with their business and their strength as a leader. As someone who lives with a chronic illness herself, Kendall feels that health happens best within community, which is why she takes a holistic, integrative, and collaborative wellness approach to her personal and professional life.

Anna Rudel, L.Ac

Wellness Center Creator's Coach Anna Rudel, L. Ac is the owner and founder of Lokahi Acupuncture Clinic in San Jose California, founded in 2003. Anna is a master organizer and clinician, and as a Coach she specializes in working with Clinic Owners in the state of California, and Acupuncturists and Acupuncture Clinic Owners, or groups wanting to add Acupuncture worldwide, as well as teams that need support with employee retention and satisfaction. Born in the UK, Anna has traveled extensively in Asia and now has a thriving multi-practitioner clinic in the US!

Haley Vilhauer, CHPC,RDN, CD

Haley is a Registered Dietitian, Functional Nutritionist, High Performance Coach, Business Owner and Professional Juggler (as a wife and mother of three kiddos😊)!

Haley has spent over two decades working in the healthcare field, owning, and operating several service-focused businesses in her local community and online. Today, her focus is on maintaining a private practice for nutrition and collaborating with a progressive team of multidisciplinary providers, while also running a community focused non-profit, providing weekly faith and fitness events.

Haley has a passion for helping others and connecting them to resources and support to make powerful and positive changes happen in their life! She wholeheartedly enjoys witnessing others create change to achieve greater ease and enjoyment, and less stress in their personal and professional lives. Having spent her entire life receiving mentorship, coaching, counseling, and guidance from others, her goal is to share what she has learned to help as many people as possible master their mind, body, and ability to be more productive and persuasive. Haley’s goal in working with clients is to help them find and keep their passions and purpose clear and alive, while being well-supported in the process.
