I use she/her pronouns. I am a settler on Chinook, Cowlitz, and Klickitat lands, among others. I facilitate virtual and in-person group movement, mindfulness and breathing classes. As a teacher and student, my intention is always to deepen our sensitivity and broaden our awareness while considering impact and privilege without appropriation. I have been teaching group classes for 20 years and have had the pleasure of running a community movement center for 7 of those years. I have since closed the movement center and am spending my working time preparing for a career in emergency medicine. I am the lucky mama to two sons, and in my personal time I sing, read, and tend a rambling garden in the country.

Apply NowMeg & Neena
Meg and Neena are both trained Physiotherapists (PTs) with over 25 years of combined clinical experience. They met as clinicians but soon realized they shared many commonalities; one being passion for all things design and the relationship our environment has on the individual experience. They both noticed a massive lack of aesthetic appeal when it comes to health and wellness spaces, and started to ask how we could enhance a patient’s personal experience, through thoughtful design of the wellness space. After many personal triumphs in interior design, they were approached to design a wellness center and soon realized that their unique lens of being clinicians and clinic owners really informed a thoughtful and intentional design that doesn’t exist in this industry. Meg and Neena are on a mission to change the status quo of healthcare spaces. From the moment someone walks in the door of a clinic or studio or wellness center, they should be confronted by all senses that it is a place of vitality, health, comfort and wellness. When we feel our worst, we need our surroundings to inspire our best.

Story is the most powerful tool for compelling human beings, but too many business leaders fail because they aren't telling the right story. They end up trapped by the very business that was supposed to give them freedom. It's tough to know what changes to make to the story when you're alone with the struggle. Paul developed Tributary Coaching™ to create positive change in the lives of business owners and the communities in which they operate.
Everyone at Tributary Coaching™ is driven to help people thrive while finding happiness and renewed purpose in their lives. Paul's story began as a professional ‘action sports’ coach and athlete developing and managing programs for a leading company in his field. It was during those adventures that he learned the importance of coaching, commitment, and operating in the moment with intense focus and determination while simultaneously managing fear and self-doubt. The natural world can be one of life’s greatest teachers if you ‘attend class’ on a regular basis.
He started paddling some of the most demanding rivers anywhere at a young age. Soon after moving to Oregon he was making appearances in numerous film projects taking him to the very brink of what can be done in a sea kayak for National Geographic. He was asked back time after time as a guest coach at the top international symposiums in the years to follow. Paul served as a Marine Technical Advisor to Paramount Pictures and made appearances in national television ad campaigns for companies like Keen Footwear and Tampax. He even worked a day on the set of the popular TV show ‘Portlandia’ personally coaching actor Fred Armisen and serving as an expert consultant.
Despite the long list of accomplishments, Paul’s most proud of his volunteer efforts spent cleaning his local rivers and fighting for access to clean water, even gracing the pages of the NY Times in defense of free flowing rivers.
Paul is a Best Selling Author, Dual Certified Storybrand™ Guide and Business Made Simple™ Coach. He's also a TetraKey qualified Lead Trainer and Performance Coach with over two decades of coaching and training experience. For more information visit tributarycoaching.com.

I'm just like you, a healthcare professional. More specifically a physiotherapist. Traditionally trained. I followed the conventional route of high school, Undergrad, and Post Graduate education. Over many years of clinical experience and extracurricular courses, I finally became comfortable and confident with my skills.Ā Qualified, by conventional standards...
In early 2020, I realized that as health professionals we tend to put the needs of our clients over ourselves. Ultimately to our detriment. This is likely due to the aspect that we receive absolutely no education on very practical concepts like financial education. Something I believe will have more of an impact on your life than your actual career. So I decided to teach myself.
I'm your unconventional financial literacy educator. Non-traditionally trained. I did not follow a prescribed route. Iāve never enrolled in or completed a single undergrad or post-grad business, economics or accounting course. I struggled through self-education, networking groups, trial and error, and failure.Ā Unqualified? Iāll let you decide.
BUT
I knew that being a Physiotherapist would not solely lead to my goals of retiring early and enjoying my middle (and not my golden) years living on my schedule and not trading my time for money.
Throughout my 11+ years of practicing as a Physiotherapist, Iāve been fortunate enough to complete several manual therapy, exercise, concussion and golf-specific courses (the traditional path- find a niche, expand your therapeutic tool kit and own it). It was in those courses that I came across experienced practitioners and novices- all on the same journey, to become successful practitioners and skilled technicians. Just the way our traditional education system (TES) always promised us.
What our TES did not teach us (at least not me) was how to get out of student debt, the difference between a TFSA/IRA and RRSP/401k, what the stock market is, how to buy my firstĀ home whyĀ saving money may make me less wealthy. Instead, my brain was filled with stoichiometry, the quadratic formula, how to āfeelā an intervertebral motion, and how to stress test the dorsal calcaneocuboid ligament.
I was fed up circling around the rat race and devised a plan to get out of it. Now my mission is to help health professionals quit trading time for money and live life on their terms.Ā

Josh Satterlee
Josh Satterlee, DC has been a chiropractor in Las Vegas, NV for 17 years. He's always been fascinated by human movement and how to improve it. In practice, he has had every type of chiropractic office from being a solo provider to adding massage therapists and personal trainers, and has had a team of 12 other providers in his clinic/gym hybrid set up.Ā
Dr. Josh believes deeply in education and has taught at the highest levels of post-graduate education, and he set about educating every one of his team members. This allowed them to perform at the highest allowable level of their license, and to offer the most value to the patient. As a side benefit, his team members were incredibly engaged and fulfilled in their work.Ā
Recently, Dr. Josh has become very interested in patient communication after a friend and mentor was misdiagnosed due to communication issues. This has led Dr. Josh to read and understand the research, and try to match that research with tools that allow it to happen in a busy office and multiple providers.
