Our workshops are built around what we know it takes to make the dream of confidently leading a successful wellness center happen.

Her advanced training and dedication as a licensed mental health counselor and board-certified dance movement therapist give her a literal leg up when it comes to helping clients step outside their comfort zones to take on new challenges (and having some fun doing it!).
